Helpdesk User Guide
If you wish to contact us for
any reason, the most efficient way to do so is through
our helpdesk ticket system. Please take a few moments to
read through the user guide as this will ensure that
your ticket is dealt with promptly.
First Time Users - If you are using the helpdesk
for the first time, select the department you would like
the ticket dispatched to and click Next.
When you have filled in all the
required details click Create Ticket.
You will then receive an email
with the information needed to access your ticket.
Returning Users - If you need to add information
to an existing ticket, or reply, do so by logging into
the helpdesk system and posting. Please do not submit
multiple tickets as this simply creates confusion.
Please note that it is
important to provide as much detail in your ticket as
possible. This will ensure that we can deal with your
ticket efficiently.
Helpdesk tickets are generally answered within 24 hours.
